As an agency of good standing, we are Licensed to conduct Zambian and International Recruitment Activities including providing labour hire services and the next review of the Trident Labour Solutions Limited Employment Agency License is due in July of 2028.
If you are an Employer from outside Zambia and you wish to conduct recruitment activities inside Zambia, you should ensure that any agency you engage to provide you with recruitment services inside Zambia is licensed to conduct such activities.

- Initial consultation with an Immigration Advisor either face to face or conducted by video to assess all the possible visa options and pathways open to an applicant and their family.
- Assessment and authentication of qualifications, official documents and suitability to meet specific visa criteria.
- Assist candidates to prepare and pass skills assessments for migration purposes.
- Candidate assessment of suitability for employment with feedback provided on any areas of potential improvement in terms of skills and or experience and advice on how they can improve their prospects of being interviewed and hired by International Employers, including Australian and Canadian companies.

My Name is David Mulongoti, and together with my brother Daniel we are the proud owners of Trident Labour Solutions Limited a 100% Zambian owned company.
The head office of Trident Labour Solutions Limited is in Kitwe, in the open cut and underground mining heartland of the Copperbelt Province in Zambia.
I am a qualified and experienced heavy equipment mechanic and I consider myself to be extremely fortunate to have been personally trained and mentored in International Recruitment and Migration procedures for Australia, Ireland and Canada by Dennis Henri the owner of Skilled Migration Group (SMG).
Trident Labour Solutions Limited has been appointed the sole sourcing and recruiting agency for Skilled Migration Group and has ongoing requirements for positions in Australia and Canada.
Why We Started Trident Labour Solutions Limited
Trident Labour Solutions Limited was started because of our desire to help more people change their lives for the better.
We wanted to help the people that do the right thing, that show up everyday for work, that provide for their families, yet who never seem to get a break.
We want to help the silent majority that do not have connections or mentors, we want to help the people that feel they always fall through the cracks and never get noticed.
You know who I am talking about, it might be you reading this now. A person that has applied countless number of times and just never seems to get even a reply, even an acknowledgment that you exist.
We want to help people, we want to help them prepare their applications and help them to get noticed, to get called for interviews, to get hired, to get a visa, to get their family a shot at a better life.
I always believe in honesty, and I started discussing my ideas about how I felt I could help people, with my previous employer, Dennis the owner of Skilled Migration Group 6 months before making plans, I would not have started this company if I did not have the full support of the person that helped shape the person I am today.
He was from our very first conversation 100% supportive of my ideas, and he gave me assurances that he not only held no objections to my brother and I starting a new company in Zambia.
But he went further and offered me a scholarship so that I could continue my higher education studies in teaching methodologies in Zambia.
Our friendship and connection remain just as strong as they ever were and Trident Labour Solutions Limited are an official service provider to Skilled Migration Group.
That’s why my brother Daniel and I started Trident Labour Solutions Limited in Zambia.
